Garret Anderson and Brandon Wood hit their first homers of spring training and the Los Angeles Angels got 18 hits Tuesday in a 13-7 victory over the Kansas City Royals. Angels right-hander John Lackey, in line to start on opening day, pitched 3 1-3 innings. He allowed one run and six hits with five strikeouts in his second outing of the spring.
